Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically packed and processed on the same day, while orders submitted after this time will be handled the following business day. For larger orders with multiple items, processing may take an additional two or more days to ensure accuracy and quality.
While we process orders daily, shipments are collected by our logistics partners from our warehouse Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Please note that once an order is transferred to DHL or another carrier, hocbstyle.de is not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the delivery process.

- Express Shipping Limitations: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
